CONGREGATIONAL LIFE AND DEVELOPMENT

Serves to initiate leadership-development for laity; work toward inclusion of new members; build up the life of the congregation; extend lay ministries and develop small-group ministries.

SENIOR ADULT MINISTRY

Provides opportunities for the elders to explore new and deeper ways of being Christ-followers through bible study, fellowship, and ministry opportunities within the church and the community at large.

GRACE: YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY

Designed to work closely with the Congregational Life and Development Ministry to develop and implement the program designed to address the needs of the Young Adults in the congregation and beyond. Coordinates transition activities for those graduating from College Ministries and transitioning to Young Adult Ministries.

COLLEGE MINISTRY

Endeavors to build a physical and spiritual product of God’s gravitational pull on Generation Y. The College Ministry’s focus is to draw university students, alumni and recent high school graduates into a living social network centered on God, the spiritual empowerment of young people and the nexus between the two.

THE VILLAGE:
CHILDREN and YOUTH MINISTRIES

Aspires to create an engaging learning experience for children, as well as teach the everlasting benefits of salvation. Further, our goal is to nurture the development of lifelong relationships with God through Christ. Ages: Infancy through 17 years of age.

SCHOLARSHIP MINISTRY

Prepares Cathedral of Grace | St. John high school students with educational experiences and resources to gain admission to a college or university and provides support to students in their Christian life.

Sisters Circle aspires to equip and empower the women of COG | St. John to be the daughters of God as intended through times of study, fellowship, and ministry moments in and outside of the church and the wider community.

The men's ministry seeks to teach and empower men to glorify God by living lives of significance, study, leadership, service to His church both within and without its walls and promote social fellowship from a Christian perspective.
